FAQ's
What
do we need to bring?
Bring what you would ordinarily take if you were staying in a
hotel. You might want to bring along snack food and purchase perishable
food in one of our grocery stores upon your arrival. Grocery stores
include Kroger, Food City, Food Lion, Super Walmart Grocery and
various smaller markets throughout town.
It's
always a good idea to bring sweaters or light jackets year 'round
since the temperature can become chilly at night, particularly
in higher elevations.
We
supply our cabins with virtually everything you need to make your
vacation comfortable, including toilet paper, bath and hand soap,
dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent. Bed linens and towels
are provided (2 towels and washclothes per person, per stay).
You might want to bring larger towels if your cabin has a hot
tub or if you plan to visit an area water park such as Dolly's
Splash Country at Dollywood or Ogle's Water Park in Pigeon Forge.
Our
kitchens are fully loaded with refrigerator, stove, microwave,
coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, flatware.
All
of our cabins have heating and air conditioning.
All
cabins have telephones. Long-distance calls can be placed by using
a calling/credit card or by calling collect. Local calls are free.
We will give you your cabin's phone number so that you may give
it to people who want to contact you.
Are
we supposed to clean the cabin before we leave?
You will need to gather all trash, place it in the plastic bags
provided, and place the bags in cans provided on the outside of
the cabin. Please wash all dirty dishes and put them away. We'll
do the rest.
Do
you require a deposit?
A deposit is required to ensure your reservation. You may pay
by credit card or check. Checks must be received in our office
within 5 working days from the day you place the reservation.
If paying deposit by check, we require a $50.00 refundable damage
deposit.
The
deposit required is 1 night at the rate for the cabin.
You
must be 21 or older to rent a cabin.
When
can we check into our cabin?
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If, for
some reason, you need additional time in checking out, please
check with the office to make arrangements. During Holidays and
peak seasons, we reserve the right to change our check-in time
to 4:00 pm.
Do
you allow pets?
No.
Do
you have smoking cabins?
No.
What
is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date for
a 75% refund of deposit. After 30 days you may reschedule your
deposit for a later time. If cancelled within 48 hrs of arrival,
you forfeit your total deposit.
