Where is the Tiffany Ridge cabin located?

Tiffany Ridge cabin is conveniently located and easily accessible on a paved road on a wooded hillside in a very quiet, secluded and non-crowded area on three acres of property, yet only 1.5 miles from Dollywood and Splash Country (via paved country roads).

The cabin is just three miles from the main parkway of downtown Pigeon Forge, with Gatlinburg being a close scenic five miles away with access to the Great Smoky Mountains just beyond. Historic Cherokee is just over the mountain ridge. All other attractions and events are also easily accessible from Tiffany Ridge vacation cabin.

Can anyone rent this cabin?
Yes, as long as you are 21 or older, a non-smoker and sorry, no pets.

What do we need to bring?
Bring what you would ordinarily take if you were staying in a hotel. You might want to bring along snack food and purchase perishable food in one of our grocery stores upon your arrival. Grocery stores include Kroger, Food City, Food Lion, WalMart Supercenter and various smaller markets throughout town.

It’s always a good idea to bring sweaters or light jackets year ‘round since the temperature can become chilly in the evenings, particularly in higher elevations.

We supply our cabin with virtually everything you need to make your vacation comfortable, including bath and hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and paper supplies. Bed linens and towels are provided. You might want to bring larger towels if you plan to visit an area water park such as Dolly's Splash Country. 

The kitchen is fully supplied with microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, flatware, refrigerator and stove.  You may wish to bring coffee, coffee filters, sweeteners and laundry detergent.  Extra dishwasher detergent and paper towels may also be helpful, or purchase as needed locally upon your arrival.

This cabin offers high speed internet and free long distance service.  The cabin also has the convenience of heating and air conditioning, as well as a gas-log fireplace.

Local and long distance calls with the U.S. are free. The cabin's phone number is 865-774-0123 so that you may give it to people who want to contact you.

Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of one night's stay is required to ensure your reservation. You may pay check or by credit card via PayPal. Checks must be received in our office within ten working days from the day you place the reservation and mailed to: 222 Scarborough Cove, Longwood, FL 32779 payable to Jeanne Townsend.

When can we check into our cabin?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm.  Check-out time is 10:00 am.  If for some reason you need additional time to check out, please contact the housekeeper Donna, to see if she can accommodate your request.  You may reach her by calling:  865-660-0147.

Are we supposed to clean the cabin before we leave?
You will need to gather all trash, place in the plastic bags provided and place bags in the can outside of the cabin.  Please load the dirty dishes and start the dishwasher and place all towels in the nearest tub. We will do the rest.  You may read more detailed instructions in the cabin.

Do you allow pets or smoking?
To accommodate guests with pet or smoking allergies, this is a pet-free and smoke-free cabin.

What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date for a 75% refund of deposit. After 30 days you may reschedule your deposit for a later time. If cancelled within 48 hrs of arrival, you forfeit your total deposit.
